All of our products are manufactured for reliability and consistently high quality and are RoHS compliant as standard.
Our bright zinc based plating's are all high quality trivalent clear chromate based finishes.

Rivtex, Pias and Strux Fasteners
Our high performance Pias® Self Piercing nuts offer a stronger and highly reliable alternative to traditional self clinching, staking and weld nuts.
In most cases a
Pias® solution will yield significant cost and time savings when compared to weld nuts or a staked fastener.
Eliminates Welding - and the need for expensive and sometimes hazardous welding operations.
Repeatable Reliability - with proper installation, Rivtex® and Pias® clinch nuts can reduce potential failures.
Consistent push-out and
torque--out strength is achievable from the first to the last installation.
High Performance - once installed, Pias® nuts provide a high resistance to rotational and push-out forces.
Torsional and
push-out strength are limited only by the shear strength of the panel material.
Installation - Utilising modular punch dies and blocks, Pias® nuts can be installed
on most presses, or for very high production rates, fully automated feed and installation equipment is
available.
Modular construction of the punch blocks allow up to 100 stroke per minute.

For the cost-effective use of piercing nuts in the production of thin sheet metal fabrications, there is hardly any fastener more ideal then the RXN piercing nut.
The round RIVTEX RXN piercing nut can be installed automatically and is the answer to many production needs in steel and aluminium sheet metal.
The large load bearing area of RIVTEX nuts provides high resistance against push out and torque and, in this way, the nuts develop their own failure safety of the joint. The result is a high-quality sheet metal part ready for installation.

Suitable for panel thickness: 0.75 - 2.0mm
Available in thread Sizes: M5 - M10
Available in strength property class: 10
Features:
Ideal for thin panel applications where a cost effective high load bearing fastener, with high torque-out and push-out is required

The piercing nut is clamped in the punch, the sheet metal is placed on the die.

When the punch moves down, the spigot of the nut punches the hole into the sheet.

The stamping waste drops through the die and the sheet is pressed into the nut.

The punch is in lower position and the sheet metal is completely forced into the undercut of the nut.

Part is fully installed. The sectional view shows how the sheet metal has flowed into the special clinching feature.
In order to punch and install Rivtex® nuts, tooling and feeding equipment for the Rivtex® system is required.
