Flush Head Tapered Pins
Self Clinching Flush Head Tapered Pins provide an easy way to obtain a strong captivated alignment or pivoting point in thin sheet metal.
The tapered tip of this fastener makes mating hole alignment simple and easy.
As the name suggests Flush Head Tapered Pins install fully flush on the back of the panel meaning that minimal surface finishing is required after installation.
The proven Clinch feature provides excellent resistance to sideways loads.
Available to special order only in Stainless Steel in diameters of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm in a range of lengths.
Like all self clinching fasteners they are installed using a parallel squeezing action so require access to both sides of the panel.
