Broaching Studs
Broaching fasteners provide strong reusable threads in non ductile materials such as printed circuit boards, polycarbonates, acrylics, glass epoxy and resin laminates etc.
Broaching Studs are available in Phosphor Bronze with an electro tin finish which provides excellent conductivity and solderability.
Broaching studs can also be installed into soft aluminium as an alternative to self clinching fasteners if necessary (maximum panel hardness limit 55 HRB).
