Cagenuts
Cage Nuts utilise a spring steel or stainless steel outer shell and a floating inner square nut to provide a strong captivated female thread in thin panels.
They offer quick and easy installation from one side of the panel and have no special tooling requirements.
The nut floats within the cage to allow for panel misalignment problems.
Cagenuts are commonly used in 19" Rack Mounting systems.
